Really poor customer service – they will not issue a refund in full

I purchased their website and marketing package and waited one week to talk to the person who would design my new website. She rarely responded to my correspondence. I cancelled my account within the 30 time frame, and 5 weeks later, I am still requesting a full refund. When I phone, the rep always says someone will call me back, but that has not always been the case. I keep getting snowballed along, and they have my money. I have nothing from godaddy. User's recommendation: Buyer beware! Find another company for website design and marketing.
