Product was not delivered 2 times and my card has not been credited!

I ordered a valentine gift to be delivered February 16 it was not delivered (order # W010057****1458). You were to resend the present to be delivered February 19. That never arrived. I asked for my card to be credited and that has not been done! I talked to 3 representatives during this time and they were next to impossible to understand User's recommendation: I will never purchase again nor will I ever recommend you to another customer. I give Shari’s Berries zero stars.
