Overall Eating of My Personal Experience with Vivant

Problems with key pad on 2 occasions--waited nearly an hour to speak with tech each time. Continuing problems yielded in-person service call. Fire alarm not connected correctly and was never working. Moved but monthly service changes continued despite verbal and written notice of move and intent to reconnect once established. Right hand doesn't know (or care) what left is doing. User's recommendation: Do biz elsewhere. Rarely experienced such a poorly run operation.
