Pizza experience at Sbarro in Clintonville
1
We ordered a large pizza on Friday night, March 1, 2019, at the Clintonville location in Columbus, OH. An unfriendly young woman answered the phone to take my order of a large pizza, half Hawaiian, half cheese. She slowly repeated my order with several long, empty pauses where I had to say “hello?” She then said “ 15 minutes.” My husband picked up the order, brought it home and it was all Hawaiian. I called to report this and the person answering the phone simply said “we can make you a new one or give you a credit.” I asked for a new one. It came in a smaller box;we had paid $15.99. No one greeted him, smiled at him or apologized for the mistake. They fumbled around for the order. It was not a positive experience warranting a return visit. I can understand a mistake in making the order, but my suggestion is that your employees show basic courtesy and manners if you would like repeat business.
