Me and my family visited sbarro outlet at dombivili Mumbai Maharashtra a week before ordered a combo, paid by exec said machine problem amount got deducted from my bank account, then paid by cash, then told it will get refunded within 24hrs a week passed money not refunded in my bank account, then got call from store manager Mr Anil told sir be money will be refunded to ur bank account wait for 2days in mean time I offer u rs 250 offer on my outlet, after a week on 3rd June when I visited the outlet asked him for reason in delay he told me to show my bank statement which I did, he saw money was not refunded, he told me don't shout I am returning ur money, and when I asked him for offer he committed he simply refused, my family was humiliated will make sure will take a legal action against this humiliation we have faced, also written on facebook and twitter but no reply, so with no reply will knock the door of law when we went through nobody should go will teach sbarro a lesson.
