I was happy to meet Petar today, He was very clear and concise about answering all of my questions about new services (dedicated hosting). I also asked questions about the new SuperCache, among others. I was a bit disappointed that the system does not clearly display how to reach chat or get Code number for phone calls. I think it is very inconvenient, but I understand the security part of it. Don't understand why SiteGround doesn't just use two-step authentication via cell phone. I think they are a bit behind in that respect. User's recommendation: I recommend SiteGround, only be support has been good.
