I used Skyscanner a few times and never had problems before, so I gave it another chance. This time it took me to a travel agency called Travel Genio, and I am having the same problems with my flight to Europe, where I can't change the reservation (after they changed the original I booked...) User's recommendation: Don't trust all the websites that Skyscanner gives you as an option. Some travel agencies can be scam.
