I paid $150 to make my ticket economy plus! But it didn’t apply to my ticket

Original review updated by user Jul 24, 2021 I am very disappointed. Ive been a customer of Skyscanner for several years and this time I was taken advantage. I paid extra to make my ticket an economy plus on delta airlines but when I went to the airport they told me I have to pay for the luggage as my ticket is just regular. So I did pay although I have paid $150 more when I purchased my ticket. I would like to talk about this situation and figure out why I got charged extra for nothing.
