Knotts season pass (Help please)

Hello , I Hope I can please get this resolved. I bought my season pass online. The money comes out every month. However, I can't find a email with my ticket number on it. So I can add it to my Knots wallet and go to the theme park. And the 714-220-****. It is always busy and you cannot get through. It's been over a month since I got my pass, and I'm unable to use it. Please, can someone help me. Thank you very much!!
