I have been unable to receive the funds donated to me. Emails will inform me that my funds will be transferred on a fixed date only to be followed with another email indicating that it failed to do so. My banking information is absolutely correct but I registered on GoFundMe as Ron Hayes. The name on my bank account is Ronald Hayes. I understand that I need to disconnect Facebook but when I enter my Facebook password it shows: invalid password. I've had the same password for the 10 years since I registered on Facebook. Please help! Please advise! Thank you. User's recommendation: Make sure the name you register with on GoFundMe is the same that appears on your bank account.
