Death notice

I just needed to confirm that they received a copy of my mother's death certificate, and no one is confirming that they received it. I was transferred to a fax machine, so I hung up and called back, and they said I needed to send it again. And wait for a confirmation email. I just want to close her account, and they are making it difficult for me
