Did not receive my order and was charged

I place a order and it was confirmed 4-3-20 for a delivery at 7-8 pm this order was not delivered and their customer service only offered me a refund .And said they could not resubmit the order.I'm disabled and have wasted 3day on this.1 day hours of putting my 81 items into cart.1 day waiting and now today calling their customer service and they are holding my money with my bank.I'm also taking care of a sick dog with Cancer.After talking with customer service for 1 hr they transferred me to instacart who is delivering order for Smiths online i was disconnected.During this crisis i would suggest not buying from Smith's online they don't have their act together. User's recommendation: Not to buy groceries from Smith's.
