7-speed hand mixer I dearly loved but it quit working less than two years and maybe one year after I bought it.
One rotor quit turning properly. . I love the mixer, but I cannot afford another one like it. I found it highly rated by America's Test Kitchen, so when I needed a new mixer, I got it. It was great until it did not work properly :UL LISTED 2H 18, SERIAL NO. 4617Y U. MODEL HM70. THE DATE OF PURCHASE, to the best of my memory was 2019 in summer. I am not "pissed" just disappointed. The mixer is not even very dirty. Have not used it in eight months because it does not work properly.
