So when I pay the extra monthly payment and am supposed to get no adds , why then do I get adds sometimes , and while using my remote to scroll around or go back to previous screen why does it freeze or delayed to return to preferred screen , it either responds slow or just goes out of streaming app all together , then I have to go back in and start all over again.
