Rejection of activation code

When I go on my Roku streaming app device and I try to log in the NBC app it always asks for activation code and I enter it and it keeps giving me the same error code all the time This error was caused by an internal/unexpected error on the invoked protocol module leading to the exception displayed below. Please validate configuration of the executing protocol and environment. This is not a problem with the SPS. User's recommendation: Dont use this app.
