I recently came to India after two and half a year. When I checked my atm card in the airport it was showing me the balance amount, so I used my atm card on the plane for some transaction. When I reached my hometown (Himachal Pradesh) my atm card stopped working and now it's giving me a message that the transaction not permitted. My problem is I can't call customer care because they are asking me the number linked with my account. I don't have that phone number with me. Since my main branch is in New Delhi I can't go there as well. Please find me a solution thanks in advance.
