Dear Sirs On July 06, 2021 I have tried to buy through your site two flight-tickets with Swiss Air from Sao Paulo (GRU) to Zurich (ZRH). I have used my credit card (American Express) to buy these tickets (Total in Euros 2,566.27). After filling all procedures required in your site including all data of my American Express credit card, I have not received any information from you. I waited about 15 minutes and you send no e-mail or further information confirming my reservation. I have tried several times to reach you through the following telephone number +349******** and e-mail, it was impossible to obtain any information. Immediately I called the American Express and requested cancellation of this purchase. Now the credit card is charging me. I never received any information, tickets or explanation from you.
