I didn’t get my refund

I already replay to your email regarding the bank account and I tried to contact you but no one from your customer care answer my call i was on hold for more than 25 minutes in 3 times call. Sorry to say your customer call is very bad and poor. if i want to reserve ticket again i am not going to work with you anymore. you have to correct your system. almost my refund now one month. User's recommendation: correct your system and replay to customer.
