I was sent a notification of a time change of four hours on my flight. I tried to resolve it though email, and the email response was. In reply to your request, We inform you that the times have changed, if you do not agree we will make a full refund to make a new reservation. So I called. I was on hold for 25 minutes and the moment I started explaining my issue, the call was cut off. Not sure why. But bam, done. User's recommendation: Travelgenio is good on price, but bad on resolving issues.
