CANCELATION OF RESERVATION
I keep sending an email on your customer service regarding the CANCELATION OF MY RESERVATION due to CANCELATION OF MY FLIGHT made by PHILIPPINE AIRLINE, you rebook my flight on the date that I can no longer fly as I need to go back to my work on the 15th of AUGUST and you rebook my ticket on AUGUST 18, I can only go on vacation every after 2years of my contract and only on the month of JULY! I have the right to cancel my flight if it is already canceled by the airline even it is not included on my reservation as far as I know. I hope you understand that I can no longer go on vacation until 2years of my contract is finish again, and I am refunding my money as it is hard-earned money on my side.
