Travelgenio is a corrupt business that takes advantage of its customers. PLEASE, do not use this service! There are plenty of other great booking agencies that do not engage in fraudulent business practices! My Story: The back leg of my connecting flight home was canceled and no one let me know (email or otherwise). I took the original flight, thinking that I would make my second flight. Only once I arrived at the connecting airport did they let me know that my flight was canceled. I was forced to pay an extra $600 to get home and they refuse to refund me for any of my costs, including the canceled flight because I used half the ticket already. Additionally, they create millions of obstacles to speak to a customer service representative and they do everything they can to keep the money you paid them in good faith, even if the product wasn't received. User's recommendation: Do not book anything with Travelgenio.
