Regarding:Flight Cancelled by Air India– FULL REFUND

Hi Team, We have booked ticket on 15th July thru travelgenio for travel to India. Unfortunately Air India cancelled all the flights and when contacted customer service offered Full Refund.The customer service associate (Mr ram) mentioned in the notes that flights has been cancelled by Air India and customer is eligible for full refund. In order to initiate the refund, Travelgenio have to raise the request to the air india sales team. Requesting you to please issue the full refund and confirm. The Travelgenio Booking reference: 1893**** and Air India PNR =J101H The ticket number are :098387****538 098387****536 098387****537 098387****535
