I went through Kayak and found a "deal" when I clicked on it to book it immediately sent me to Travelgenio....they got my money and I got NOTHING!! When I try to connect via phone they say to enter a Confirmation number to proceed ....OBVIOUSLY....I have no confirmation number...I called Kayak and got a message that said they are not receiving phone calls at this time! User's recommendation: DON'T BOOK WITH ANYONE WHO ADVERTISES LOW PRICES....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
