Sales person and service will toss you back and forth leaving you confused as to the correct person to handle the problem whole time is wasted and any warranty expires on used vehicle especially. User's recommendation: Do NOT purchase from KIA without doing background w BBB and any forums you can check on the car in question (new & old).
