Be My Kia Niro ex 2017 while driving at highway speed in the center lane, suddenly showed an hybrid system failure red signal and completely shut off and died in the middle of the highway. I contacted the nearest Kia service store that wasnt available to do anything. When I brought the car in with a AAA service the office was closed. The next day I checked with them and they were not available for at least two weeks to even quickly troubleshoot the problem. I need to transfer the car to a second Kia store. User's recommendation: Be aware that your local service company has not a priority versus regular maintenance service for emergency issues?!
