Kia Motor Finance owes me $609.15 and they do not dispute that they owe me this money since April of 2020. Every time I talk to customer service they tell me my refund is pending and they will send an email and I should get my refund in 7 to 10 business days. I have not received my money. The money was supposed to be returned within 30 days and it is way past that amount of time. I would appreciate hearing from someone about this matter as talking to customer service has gotten me no where.
