Order number 86072**** I ordered a dress which was £46 and the postage was £20 (which is ridiculous by the way!). You added £12 with no explanation of what it was for. Therefore you charged my card £78. Ive returned the dress and youve refunded the £46. Please can you explain what the £12 was for and refund immediately. If not Ill post my dissatisfaction on your website. This is a complete rip off.
