Call to place an order, the customer service representative messed up my order ending up charging me 3 times for one order. When I called the local store to launch a complain, the lady Bianca transferred my call to another lady that yelled at me, called me all sort of name, tell me to listen to her when shes talking and after which she hung up the phone. She did not address my concerns &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I end up insulted.
