Cold order and it was 3 hours late

I order pizza from there one every other week this time my order was cold and came 3 hours after I ordered it when I told the manager what happen she said I will have to keep food no reimbursement of money I or food no one in the house would eat it so I and no one bothered to call me to replace neither so I'm never gonna come there again my money was wasted
