We were quoted 33 to 44 minutes. At 1.5 hours of waiting for the order that had still not been sent out for delivery and was placed on hold after speaking to a very RUDE employee I then asked to speak to the manager. I just wanted an ETA instead I got an attitude and rudeness placed on hold for over ten minutes for a manager that never picked up and was hung up on. I then called back to be placed on hold for additional 10to 15 minutes and spoke to a manger who was just as rude and inconsiderate as her employee....surprise! It will be 2 hours before receiving dinner for my family tonight in 7 minutes. Still no pizza. User's recommendation: Do not order from this location of Papa johns.
