Difficulty Ordering On-Line

I tried my first on-line order today and won't make that mistake again. After I got all the order and payment information into the app, I got a message, "SUCCESS." when my son stopped to pick up the order, no one knew about it. I checked the app basket and the order was still there. The phone order correction cost an extra $10. What happened?
