Free delivery points/wrong order

Today I made a purchase and Noodles And Company, and I received the wrong order. The manager gave me a refund, but in my line of work I'm not allowed to leave the house I do hospice, which is why I placed an order for delivery. I asked the manager can you resend a new order to me, he said no I can pick it up. Also, I asked him about my free delivery points can that be put back onto my account, he said I would need to contact someone else. The manager really wasn't trying to help me at all, I definitely will need to be compensated for my confiscated points that I technically didn't get a chance to use.
