Dissatisfaction overall.

We need to call every day regarding non-delivery. We have payed well in advance . I am in a wheelchair and need to have the paper delivered on the porch. Calling every day does no good. We cancelled our subscription due to our frustration but miss having it. I am in my 80's and cannot read it on my wife's tablet. Ever since the Columbus Dispatch sold out to USA Today the company doesn't care. We're old so adjust, they don't care. User's recommendation: Don't subscribe if you want home delivery.
