I did not receive the Sunday paper this past Sunday.It is a regular event that my paper does not show up.Other times my paper is thrown into puddles,bushes, under car,or wherever.Sometimes found rotted weeks later.Not only that but I have been over charged for special sections I do not want.I try to call and there is a rerouting answering computerized prompt.I want refunded for papers I have not received.My paper needs to be put on the porch everyday.I give two weeks of good service or will discontinue deluvery.I live at 371Mulberry Way Westerville.My phone is 614-787-****.Please respond.erumm59@***.com.Thank you for your consideration in this matter.I have received the paper my whole life.Elizabeth Rumm
