I was needing help to install an easy touch screen logic bundle. I bought this system brand new and when I installed it, it would not connect. So I called tech support who told me the system was used. So I jumped through hoops and finally got another one and the same thing happened where it would not connect. So I called in for help again and the tech helping me treated me like crap and talked so quietly you could barely hear what he was saying. I believe Ill just stick with Jandy products if this is the service I get User's recommendation: Buy Jandy.
