Two charges of $99

I was charged two separate $99 charges. I have tried THREE times to contact their customer service and Ive heard NOTHING, but they can sure as *** send out spam emails multiple times a day. I work with a mid level design agency and we buy each employee a skillshare account. We have since ended all subscriptions with Skillshare and suggested to every agency and business using them that they do the same. Do not under any circumstance use Skillshare, they do not have ANY sort of customer service and they clearly dont have any sort of accounting or back end team either. User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
