They never reached back to me at all. So apparently they cannot take calls on the weekend, but they can take money from a card I never gave them access to. $99.00 was taken from my account first thing this morning but when I tried to reach them I was sent straight to voicemail. I told them my number and never received a call back. User's recommendation: 10/10 would not consider. Second year in a row I’ve had to dispute this.
