Insufficient customer service

I placed an order for a Model 3 back in May 2021. After completing the application for financing with my bank Ive left multiple messages with Tesla to obtain the title application and funding forms my bank that have gone completely unanswered. Ive gone to the local dealership multiple times since Ive been unable to speak with any customer service reps regarding these missing forms Ive requested multiple times. Now Tesla is ready for my final payments to schedule delivery but due to Teslas lack of sufficient customer service, my loan application has expired.
