Unbelieveable poor customer service

I bought a Scott drake rally PAC from CJ's earlier this year. It arrived without the harness connectors. CJ's has done everything to not help. They requested I take pictures of the rally PAC. I did so. Now they tell me the pics are not good enough. I have bought a lot of parts from this company over 10 years. Their service is so poor now I cannot believe it. I have no choice but to contact the appropriate attorney general's office.
