Wrong Booking date on the site

Hi, I booked the itinerary from 08/01 - 08/05, but I received the confirmation for 08/02 - 08/05? Confirmation number 2335**** I called 407-939-**** and waited on the call for 120 minutes, but there was no update on the call regarding the wait time.
