Update by user May 29, 2021 Not resolved Original review posted by user May 29, 2021 My Ethylene Absorber Filter is empty, but that is not the problem. The filter is out of stock and cannot be reordered as they do not have a vendor for this product and do not know when it will be back in stock. They told me to call back in a MONTH. I did not notice that the filter was running out and now my refrigerator smells so bad. The worst part is that I love this refirgerator but the service is beyond horrible. User's recommendation: Check the filter often and order multiple units as soon as possible.
