We purchase ANDROID TABLET under order number 394127****62134 from them amounting to 7,478 pesos on june 24,2021..We received our ordered item from them last july 03,2021 and upon receiving we immediately open and check the said tablet and we found out that it was DEFECTIVE/FAULTY Android tablet so we pack it &; decided to return it and request for a refund..We returned it last july 05,2021 & received to there warehouse july 09,2021 but instead of giving us our refund they REFUSE..Because our return reason is inappropriate.. What seems to be the perfect reason for a DEFECTIVE ANDROID TABLET for them to refuse to give us our REFUND User's recommendation: Highly not recommended.
