I have received incomplete units from Lazada on 5 Aug. I have been contact the seller and Lazada customer service. But seller claimed that they're not in order to in charge my issue as they claimed that is Lazada faults as they provided enough inventory for Lazada. There also did not have live agent to reach and no response from the customer service hotlines and email. I requested for refund but rejected by the Lazada.
