No parcels

Hi! Last year I ordered and paid for a couple of Spiderman Webhooters and a pair of jeans and I haven't recieved them. I contacted the Swedish customs and the maildeliveryoffice that shipps the parcels to check if the parcels had got stuck there but both of them told me that the parcels had been sent back to the sellers, so I contacted the sellers but they refused to give me a refund and told me to contact you. I wonder how I will get a refund. Best regards, Malin
