Driver Made False Report

I took two car rides on August 16,2021, one in the Morning &;;;; the other after 12 a.m. my daughter and I were completely masked up and between one of the drivers they sent a false report about not wearing a mask. The funny thing is I gave the second driver mask so he could have them for his passengers along with hand sanitizer. So I am confused as to why he/ she was so vindictive & evil to say something that was not true. Sad & pathetic. The most annoying part is you cant speak to a customer service representative on the phone to address any issues or concerns you are dealing with and that in itself is beyond unsatisfactory.
