Incredibly poor customer service

Original review updated by user Feb 25, 2021 I placed an order 12/27/20, it was back ordered until 1/14/21. No problem, we're in a pandemic. 1/29 I got on the online chat for a status. Oops, they had messed up, and never sent it, so they were cancelling the order. I still am not sure why they couldn't just resend the order? They took forever to determine this so for some reason. So 5 seconds after she tells me the order is being refunded the stupid chat times out just as I'm writing that doesn't work for me. I used a $50 gift card which I threw away after I used it. Chat online with a new rep (it always takes forever), who says they'll email me a new gift card in a week. I complain about the hassle and get a $10 free gift card which comes that day and a promise my $50 refund gift card will come in 2-5 days. 2/14, I've not gotten the stupid refund card. I call this time and am told I have to wait 5 days again, they have no idea what happened. Refund finally comes on 2/22, 3 days later then they said. And it's $40, so the original $10 that was sent as an apology is now just part of my refund. Basically they held on to my money for almost two months, and now if I want to order I have to hope it'll come this time. I've been buying from Victoria's secret for over ten years. No more. Worst customer service ever, maybe they just don't care because they already had the money for the gift card? Which is stupid, my loyalty as a customer was worth much more than that. When I talked to everyone in customer service I felt like they really didn't care about me. I'm angry and frustrated.
