Money deducted to asi but ticket transaction no. not received

I have tried to book 1 online tickets for tajamahal, agra from paytm app I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 1250 using my upi id. I approved the payment from paytm app. Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted. I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount. Transaction date and time is- 15/08/2021 3:13 PM Transaction id shown by paytm app[122717****53] Customer name is- asimustseenicin Customer Upi- asimustsee.payu@***i Mobile number (Used while booking) - [989708****]
