Unnecessarily long delay in receiving online order.

I placed an online order on 3/31/20 for an item that was listed "in stock". I requested delivery to a local Bass Pro store. The promised delivery time was 5-10 days. Having not received the product after two weeks had elapsed, I called the 800# for their "customer service" department requesting a status on my order. The woman I spoke with told me "you'll get the item when we get it. Since that time I've tried calling their customer service department several times but now the phone is not being answered after holding for up to 30mins. I've also sent an email and only received an auto response. As of today it's been 39 days since I placed the order. However, the cost of the order was deducted from my bank account on 3/31/20. User's recommendation: Don't do business with them until the improve their customer service.
