I have nothing but gratitude for flying Southwest. I am in total agreement with the ban of alcohol on future flights. Some cannot enjoy a glass of beer or wine without a change in behavior or mood swing. The risk is great. I read about the flight attendant losing two teeth by an unruly passenger. This is unacceptable. User's recommendation: Please be respectful to the staff. They are doing their best.
