Coupon didn’t work

I hate I have to call Walgreens so much. My $10 off or $5 off purchase coupon never comes off. I get so discouraged about this. It seems I may need to start back shopping at CVS. It's less complicated. Thanks User's recommendation: Maybe,find another start that's less complicated.
